The reason I bought an iPod Touch
I saw the video of Jordan Rudess using this app and I bought an iPod Touch the next week. Granted, I dont play nearly as well as Jordan, but it still sounds great. I should note I use a Monster Cable SoniTalk microphone headphone adapter and it works fine.
What makes this app so attractive to me is the quality of the sounds and the amount of expressiveness you can get with it. The interface is very elegant and easy to use. I also like the transpose feature as well.
My complaints are minor and I dont think should deter anyone from buying it. Some notes are louder than others. You can also hear key clicks on several of the woodwind instruments. Id also encourage Mr. Wallender to add even more instruments and/or versions such as woodwind, brass, strings or folk instruments.
This app would be a bargain if it were only for one instrument. For fifteen instruments, its a bonafide steal.
